A 20-year veteran of the retirement plan consulting industry, Zach Hull is our primary advisor and leads the K-12 and higher education MEP practice at NFP. Zach holds the primary responsibility for the strategic growth and success of the ISC MEP. Prior to NFP, Zach led the MEP practice at MMA and was the founding advisor of the ISC MEP. 

Previously a Director on the TIAA MEP team, Amaka played a pivotal role in developing 6 MEP's spanning 18 states serving both higher education and K-12 independent schools. The last few years of her career at TIAA were devoted, in large part, to working with Zach Hull to build the ISC MEP as a member of TIAA's MEP sales team. Amaka now leads NFP's ISC MEP service team while also assisting with NFP strategic MEP growth efforts. 

Nick has worked in the financial services industry since 2014 and is a FINRA-registered broker. Nick is also a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) professional and holds a bachelor's degree in economics. Additionally, he maintains his FINRA Series 7 General Securities License, Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law License, and Life and Health Insurance License. 

Michael is a seasoned financial advisor dedicated to supporting clients through long-term, comprehensive partnerships. He is a CFP®, Chartered Financial Consultant®, and received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the College of Charleston. He holds his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, alongside his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses.
